Standard Cancellation Policy:
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in the event of operator cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

No-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation will not be refunded, unless Trip Protection was selected at checkout.
Trip Protection Policy (Optional)
Customers who add Trip Protection at the time of checkout are eligible for enhanced flexibility. With Trip Protection, you may:
- Cancel or change your reservation up to 12 hours before your scheduled time.
- Receive a full refund minus the cost of Trip Protection and any applicable fees.
Trip Protection must be selected during the booking process and cannot be added after checkout.
